Don't ya just love going in model homes?? I know I do! When I lived in So. Cal. there were always lots of model homes to checkout. Here in Arkansas there are no model homes to speak of. So I was thrilled when Southern Living decided to build one of their SL Idea homes in my home town! As soon as it was open for tours, hubby & I went to check it out. Here are the pics that I took of the home. Enjoy your online home tour!
Take Care!

Thanks for sharing these great photos Darlene! We used to have Homearama in St Louis, but they haven't had one in a few years. I always enjoyed seeing the homes
Darlene- Thanks for sharing, I always loved going thur the models too, I haven't seen one in awhile here in Palm Harbor Florida...but wanted to say HI too, I just popped on from the inspired room. God Bless.
Hi, Darlene, SL always does such a great job with their showhouses. I love this tour! Thanks for all the eye candy.
You were asking about that book...as a Christian, there is a great message in the book, so I think you'd enjoy that for sure, even if you don't normally like fiction. I could hardly put the book down once I started it.
I am happy to say that I have been married for 25 years to my hubby who is my best friend. We have 2 beautiful girls ages 16 and 24. We are a christian family and trying to use the talents that God gave us to make the world a better place....or at least visually more pleasing!

Beautiful Southern Living Show House. Don't they always do a great job!
Also, I think the teak (I assume) door mat in your title photograph is great. Do you happen to know where one like that can be purchased?
