Christmas Cookie Recipe Party

It's the final day for the Christmas Cookie Recipe Party since Christmas is next friday. Can you believe the big day is almost here...boy the time sure flew by!

Here is my Cookie Recipe for today...yummy!

Chocolate + Peanut Butter=heaven!

Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies
Prep time: 45 min
Cook Time: 12 min
Yield: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
1 (19.5 oz.) package Pillsbury® Classic Traditional Fudge Brownie
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 can Pillsbury® Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Preparation Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat brownie mix, melted butter, cream cheese and egg in medium bowl 50 strokes with spoon until well blended (dough will be sticky).
2. DROP dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets to make 24 cookies; smooth edge of each to form round cookie.
3. MIX powdered sugar and peanut butter in small bowl with spoon until mixture forms a ball. With hands, roll rounded teaspoonfuls peanut butter mixture into 24 balls. Lightly press 1 ball into center of each ball of dough.

Hi Dianne,

Once again thanks for hosting this party. I am going to add two links today. Victoria's post is not technically a cookie, but is def. something that would be a delightful addition to a cookie platter or party.

I am also going to take a post that I did last Christmas and repost it because it is one of the best cookies/bars that we have ever tasted. Well worth the work. I am not allowed into the door of our Christmas Eve get together without them. : )

Hope you and your family has a wonder Christmas!
