Here's an easy one, just put acorns in a glass cylinder vase and top with an unscented candle.

You have great ideas! I have tons of pheasant feathers--hubby hunts. As for the acorns, all ours are half-eaten by the time they hit the ground--not very decorative :) Thanks for the inspirations!
