New Color in the Bathroom

Several post ago I was asking for suggestions for the paint color for my bathroom..since the drywall and everything had to be replaced due to our water damage. We had to paint the new drywall so it was the perfect time to make changes in the paint color.

Have you wondered what color we decided on?

Well we liked the colors of the bathroom as it was redone just a few yrs ago, but the paint color didn't match the shower curtain very well. So I chose a color that was closer to the shower curtain called Svelte Sage by Sherwin Williams. It is a grayish green and I really like it. So calming! The ceiling color we painted SW Ancient Marble.

It's not a whole lot different, but I think it does look better.

Here is the before:

And the after:

The sink is from Oceana glass sinks in Crystal Reflections. I am a dealer for Oceana...so if you are interested in an Oceana sink...just contact me I'll give you a great deal!

I can see the grey in it on my monitor ~ it's very pretty. It does go good with your shower curtain! Love your mirror!

Like the sage color, but the new shade is nice too. Like the iron piece also. I think I have the same mirror in my powder room.

That sink is gorgeous! I love what you did here and I am so inspired! I have various shades of green in my house and it is time to start changing some of it out. I love the new look and the color you used here!

Looks wonderful! The colors coexist now. I use Sevlte Sage in our home. I just recently painted our laundry room with it and am debating on painting our office the same as well.

I like the new color so much better. With such a beautiful sink you want it to be the star in the bathroom. The more subdued color lets it sparkle.

LOVE the new color...and yes, that sink is awesome! Do you have anything fun that would work with primitive decor?
