I still want to someday visit Savannah, GA & Charleston, SC, but for this year's vacation we have chosen.................(insert drum roll)............................................................................................

We've never been but oh, those pictures look BEAUTIFUL!!
I have never been to Key West, but it is one of my must see places.
You might want to check TripAdvisor.com to find places to eat and such.
Have fun and tell us all about it when you get back ;o)
Must eat Key Lime Pie! No where else can you get REAL Key Lime Pie like that! Also make sure to eat Conch Fritters! (I do not think I spelled that correctly) Delicious! Check out Hemingways place too. I was there years ago and it is beautiful! Nancy from OHIO
We have been there once they have a place that has frozen key lime pie on a stick you must find it,it's wonderful ( I can't remember the name) check out Hemingways place, Jimmy Buffets and the southernmost tip of the US.It's a very laid back lifestyle there and a fun place to vacation....Barb
Wonderful! I have been there, but it's too long ago, so I do not remember any particular place, I think the Hemingway house it down there somewhere.
Hey, stopping by from A Girl named Kelly Kelly's...for a visit. I am from the Key West Area...be sure to be on Mallory Sq for sunset...every night you are there...it is always different. Take the Conch Train tour...see Hemingways house...be sure to eat conch fritters, key lime pie (made with real key limes - not Edwards version), there is a great seafood restaurant on the pier...can't remember the name...be sure to shop on Duvall street...go to Margaritaville...and Joes. You will have a blast. I love the keys...go every chance I get...even now that I live 800 miles away. If you get a chance...go into Everglades National Park...and take an airboat ride.
Hi, Darlene, I think you'll have fun in Key West. It's pretty laid back, but there is plenty to do. Pretty little colorful cottages everywhere. YES! Definitely eat some key lime pie, the BEST ever. I went a few years ago with my sis & her family and I think we ate 3 pies the week we were there. That good! If you enjoy snorkeling, you must go on a trip. Great reefs and lots of colorful fish. You'll enjoy it a lot!
One of our fave places on earth...been there a few times....but oh my not in the summer, you won't be able to breathe, we had a wedding one time and just being out in the sun at 11 am you felt like your skin was on fire and the HUMIDITY !!!
Duval Street has so many things to do, I will come back and give you names of places we've been. You must rent one of their electric cars so FUN...sunsets are a big thing there everyone runs to catch it. then at the other end of Duval down near Hemingways house is the Southern most point...
Where are you staying which end... near the airport/beach end or Duval ???
Like I said i will be back to give you names etc...
