Hi, They all look like great camers! I didn't even know Casio made them. It's a cute color.
What are the other brands you have pictured?
I have a Sony that's been a really great one for years.
I had heard about a new one by Cannon that's supposed to be a super good one.
Happy Shopping.~Melissa :)
Well, I don't know much about cameras, but I had a list of what I wanted and I love the one I ended up with. It's a Kodak with a 10X Zoom. It's the Kodak EasyShare Z710 I even bought it over a year ago from TigerDirect.com and it's refurbished and works great. There ya go for what it's worth.

Hi Darlene
One of the best point and shoot cameras I've ever owned was the Kodak P850. It took amazing photos. If you look at my blog posts, done before May 2007, you'll see the quality of photos. I dropped that camera at Nell Hill's in Atchison Ks, during Mary Carol Garrity's annual spring open house. I'll never forget that day, because I had to buy a disposable camera and return to Mary Carol's house to get photos!! Long story.
Anyway, I have a little Samsung, regular battery, that is okay and easy to throw in my purse and a Kodak, like Tina mentioned. The Kodak does a great job. It's lightweight and not too large.
My big camera is a Canon Rebel XTI. It took awhile to get used to looking through an eyepiece after using the other cameras.
I think either the P850 (I think new models have a slightly different number) or Z710 would be fine for what you want to do. The photos on either are sharp. Some of the photos on my blog are taken with the Z710. A problem, I've had, with point and shoot cameras is the ability to enlarge to 8x10 or larger, and get a good clear copy.
Good luck!
I just love my Canon & got lots of good recommendations on them before I got mine. Mine is a Powershot A570, 7.1 mp & is pretty inexpensive. I have really enjoyed it. You can spend more for a Canon & get a better one too. I don't know any that come with rechargeable batteries. You can buy packs of those at Walmart or the drug stores along with a charger pretty cheap too. I would def. recommend Canon!
Hope you're enjoying the season so far!
I love my SLR! It is great. I went to Best Buy, the guy was very, very knowledgable and I went to a free class there where I got individualized attention on how to take good pics with my new camera. Good luck!

Hey Darlene, I can tell you not to get a Power Shot A40! I have to take a million pics just to get a decent shot, most of them are blurry!
I love the rugs, I told one of my friends about them. They are so cute!
Thanks for entering for the Christmas Tree frame! Kristen
Hi Darlene, Be careful what you ask for... : ) everyone has an opinion.
I have the little Pentax Optio and love it. I bought it from QVC 2 or 3 years ago and have carried it with me all over the place. I really like it a lot. The only problem that I have is that it is difficult to get a nice close up pic. I am getting a Cannon Rebel for Christmas. I can't wait.
