Thanksgiving Tablescape & Menu

See my little pumpkin salt & pepper shakers..I found them at a flea market for $3.

Do you recognize the frame?

I just added some fall leaves to the centerpiece. Let me know if it looks better with or without the leaves. I also changed the candle to white. Which color candle do you like better?

Thanksgiving Menu

Herb Roasted Turkey
Old Fashioned Mashed Potatos
Gravy
Orange Spiced Yams
Green Bean Casserole
Corn Bread & Sausage Stuffing
Cranberry Sauce
Fluffy Dinner Rolls
Desserts

Pecan Caramel Cheesecake
Pumpkin Dump Cake
Apple Pie

Hey chica! Very pretty table settings. I LOVE the frame idea (can I steal that idea?!!?) I like both looks but I think I like the leaves added just a bit more. However, the simple look is striking....so it's a good way to switch it up. And the candle and acorns is great...my fav is the caramel colored candle. Either way...gorgeous! Happy Holidays!

Darlene, My husband and I both thought it was tiger also, but
the manufacturer that I purchase my ribbon from in Atlanta says it's leopard. The lable on the ribbon also says leopard! I glad you liked it anyway and thanks for the tip about hobby lobby ribon.
Happy Holidays,

Your menu is making me hungry! I like the white candle w/ the white tablecloth, but I prefer the orange-ish candle w/ the leaves around it. Love the acorns in the candleholder! The cheesecake sounds delicious. What's pumpkin dump cake? Happy eats!

I like the napkin rings; they are so unusual. I think the orange candle picks up the color of the pumpkins nearby. I also think the leaves add to the overall presentation. The menu sounds perfectly delicious.

Hey, Darlene, we'll be eating some of the same things tomorrow! Your table looks beautiful. I think I like that darker gold candle the best (or whatever color it is).

Happy Thanksgiving to you!

I got my dining chairs online at Carringtoncourt.com
Great company! You can custom order & they have TONS of fabrics to choose from & fabric samples are free so order all you want & narrow it down. I love my chairs! They ship right to your door, each chair in a separate box.

Very pretty! I like the white candle best as it picks up the white from the tablecloth. I would say to add the leaves around the frame centerpiece but then I'm a "more is more" person!

It looks wonderful with either candle color! Using the frame for a tray is a great idea & all your additions really take it up a notch.

Your menu sounds delicious & is very similar to my plans, except for that pecan cheesecake. I don't have that recipe! You should add it to your post if you have it.

fondly,
Rettabug
